What attributes does a good investment apartment have?

Location, location, location.
Location plays a decisive role in the selection of the ideal property. The right location is not only crucial when purchasing an owner-occupied apartment, but also for investment apartments. Excellent infrastructure (local amenities, doctors, schools, etc.) and optimal transport connections - above all to the public transport network - make a property sustainable and interesting for tenants over the long term.

Apartment sizes & matching floor plans
The selection of correct apartment sizes is based on demand. Detailed knowledge of the tenant market is important. 2-room apartments between 40 and 50m2 and 3-room apartments up to approx. 70m2 are, currently, the most sought-after search profile. Well thought-out planning, which also addresses the needs of the tenants, is inextricably linked to the right apartment size. Satisfied tenants are usually also long-term tenants, which is why we pay special attention to high-quality planning right from the beginning of each project.

Quality & Sustainability
Because, as already mentioned above, satisfied tenants are usually also long-term tenants, and so the quality of the apartments is of prime importance. All Haring Group apartments are handed-over ready for occupancy, i.e. all sanitary facilities, tiles and parquet flooring are included in the purchase price. Modern fittings, such as under floor heating, make the apartments attractive for tenants.
